3. Purchasing and Payment

3.1 When you make a purchase on our website, you agree to provide accurate payment information and agree to our pricing as listed.
3.2 Payment can be made via debit or credit card, mobile pay or paypal.
3.3 In accordance with Danish law, once an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer. The confirmation is binding unless canceled according to the terms stated below.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, availability of stock, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We aim to ship all purchased artworks within 30 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
4.2 The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs, which will be added to the total price at checkout.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
4.4 If you reside in the EU, delivery is covered under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, meaning that the maximum delivery period is 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 In accordance with Danish law (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email before the 14-day period expires.
5.2 If you withdraw from a purchase, you are responsible for returning the artwork in its original condition and covering the return shipping costs.
5.3 Once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will include the original purchase price and standard shipping costs, but additional delivery costs (such as expedited shipping) will not be refunded.
5.4 If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence. In the case of damage, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Consumer Rights

6.1 Our sales comply with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). This means that you have a two-year right to make claims (reklamationsret) for any defects in the product. If the artwork is defective, you can request a repair, replacement, or partial refund within this period.
6.2 In case of a defect, you must notify us within a “reasonable time” (within 15 days of discovering the defect).

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 We are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information provided to us during the purchase process will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Kudos The Art Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our website or products.
8.2 We do not guarantee the availability of the website at all times and may restrict access for maintenance or upgrades.
